Company Creation

Consergy Systems & Technologies has been founded in November 2020 by three ex colleagues Keshab, Raghu and Vilas – who worked together in Armacell International, a world leader in Flexible Insulation over 15 years ago. The passion for energy conservation had already been established since then. They took different paths in their careers with Vilas and Keshab being part of Corporate life and Raghu turning entrepreneur in 2006 by creating Densol Engineering.

The story of Consergy started with Vilas Bakshi introducing Raghu Hegde to Aeroseal and their unique concept of Duct Sealing from inside. Initially, Aeroseal and Raghu decided to form an association for South India based out of Bangalore but later decided that it would be better to have complete coverage for the entire country. To enable this, they approached Keshab Chopra to join them as the Co-Founder & CEO of the new enterprise they decided to name “Consergy Systems and Technologies”, focused on providing Energy Conservation & Environment Preservation Solutions.

Since its founding, Consergy has gone on to create awareness about Air Duct Leakages in Centrally Air-Conditioned buildings across the country. This has enabled various organizations to adopt innovative technologies and services to Save Energy and Reduce their Carbon Footprint, helping them to “Save Today for a Better Tomorrow”.

Startup Phase

Consergy Systems and Technologies came into existence in November 2020 during the covid period. The startup team consisted mainly of individuals who were directly associated with our Co-Founder Mr. Keshab Chopra in his former organizations. The belief that they had in his vision attracted them to join Consergy Systems inspite of the highly uncertain business environment during the covid times.

Some of the earliest team members of Consergy Systems include Gurudas Patil, Anne Sharon, Sandeep Datar, Rajbhanu Singh, Deepak Gupta, Yugul Sharma, Gajanan Patil, Ashish Singh, Prem Barnwal, Nirman Sharma, Raghavendra Shetty and Rashmi Shetty. The initial team of less than 10 people has now grown into organization of about 40 individuals based in various locations across the country.
