Conditioned Air in centrally air-conditioned buildings like offices, hotels, hospitals, malls, clean room areas, manufacturing facilities etc. is normally recirculated within the building. While Air filters are normally present in the Air path, over a period of time, the Air tends to carry dust, flint, carpet fibers, and other such small particles in to the duct. With the cold and humid environment inside the duct, this may lead to a build up of fungal and microbial growth. This may prove harmful to the occupants on account of Air Contamination and poor Indoor Air Quality of the facility.
