Vilas Bakshi, based in Dubai is the initiator of the venture. Vilas has an experience of over 25 years in the Construction & Building material products in India, Middle East and Africa markets, having worked for organizations like Blue Star, Bitzer, Armacell & Pidilite.
With an engineering qualification, he has excellent understanding of technical products & applications and has been instrumental in launching and building new product lines and businesses. Vilas is a health enthusiast, active in yoga and long-distance running, as well as a budding poet. As an entrepreneur, Vilas is engaged in multiple enterprises in India, Middle East and Africa.
Raghu Hegde
Raghu Hegde is the true risk taker among the founders, turning entrepreneur when he was just 30 years old. He has been an entrepreneur since 2006, having founded Densol Engineering & Densol Solutions which provide HVAC & Turnkey Solutions for Testing Laboratories.
Raghu has experience across various areas including Architectural services, HVAC, R&D Facility Development and Pharma Distributorship. He has created and managed various businesses in his entrepreneurial journey and has launched many new products and services in the market.
An avid golfer and yoga enthusiast, Raghu is a source of great motivation to all those who meet him.
Keshab Chopra
Keshab Chopra is the founder responsible for growing the venture. As the CEO of the venture, he is responsible for taking the company mission forward. Keshab has an experience of over 25 years in the corporate world having worked in companies like Thermax, Armacell, Pidilite and Doka. He is credited with creating new categories in the Thermal Insulation & Water Proofing segments.
Keshab has led businesses and organizations in various geographies including India, South Asia, Middle East, Africa and ASEAN.
Keshab is a music lover, a yoga enthusiast and in addition to being an entrepreneur himself, he continues to guide other entrepreneurs.
