Having worked with leading organizations in India and abroad—such as Voltas, Khimji Ramdas (Oman), Swegon Blue Box, and Siemens—he has deep expertise in HVAC solutions, project-based sales, and value-driven client engagement. As our Key Accounts Manager at Consergy, Ajay oversees strategic client relationships across India, contributing to our growth journey with his strong industry insight and customer-focused approach.
S Selvam
Selvam has been part of dehumidification solutions in India through his experience with the Bry Air group for over ten years. He has a very good understanding of this industry in South India. He is technically capable, has good influencing ability and high passion for Energy Saving Solutions. Selvam is responsible for the Consergy business in South India.
Prem Barnwal
An electrical engineer with 19+ years of experience in technical services and execution, Prem is responsible for the site execution service provided by Consergy. Prem is the technical backbone of Consergy Systems. He is not only passionate about developing his knowledge of the latest technology & engineering relating to our field but also imparting it effectively to his growing team.

Saumitra is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of expertise in Profit Centre Operations, Industrial Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Channel Management within the industrial and institutional sectors in Eastern India. As a results-driven leader, Saumitra oversees the Consergy business in East India, showcasing a proven track record of driving success and growth in diverse business environments.

Sameer is a finance & account professional having 12 years of experience in this area. He is responsible for accounts, finance & legal activities in Consergy. His passion for numbers, is enabling us in our journey to financial prosperity. He has worked for Safe A & T Technology, Sahib Equipments and Nilesh Bajaj & Associates. His interests include running, cricket & teaching.
Pranshu Tejankar
Pranshu, our new Business Manager for the Western Region, brings over 13 years of experience in sales, business development, and key account management. In his previous at Dalmia Bharat Cement, Pranshu established their Institutional Business in Karnataka and Maharashtra. His expertise will be instrumental in overseeing our business activities in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa, driving growth and expanding our presence in the region.
